Resolutions adopted at the thirtieth session of the commission by the conference of ministers at their twenty-first meeting. Recalling the need to speed up the integration process in response to the challenges facing the continent in its economic and social development, the establishment and consolidation of sub-regional groupings and the opportunities offered by the conclusion of the Uruguay Round negotiations.
