Abstract

The session was also preoccupied with various other issues pertaining to efforts being made towards the accelerated attainment of collective self-reliance and self-sustainment through the promotion of regional and interregional economic and technical co-operation and integration. It considered not only the annual reports of the MULPOCs but also the Biennial Report of the Executive Secretary on the activities of ECA-sponsored institutions as well as their consolidated programme of work and priorities and budget for the biennium 1986- 1881.
