Report of the resource mobilization committee

Abstract

The Resource Mobilization Committee (RMC) for the second United Nations Transport and Communication Decade, in Africa (UNTACDA I I) held its second meeting in Tangier, Morocco 31 October to 2 November 1989. The meeting was attended by represent of the following institutions members of the RMC African, Development Bank' (ADB) chairman organization of African Unity (OAU) International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (World Bank/IBRD); United Nations Development Programme (UNDP); and the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (ECA) - Secretary.
