The meeting discussed issues, challenges and constraints faced by COMESA countries in promoting sustainable growth that is broad based across sectors, and inclusive of larger segments of the labor force, especially the poor. The workshop provided a forum through which different stakeholders and experts made recommendations on the content, focus and approach of the COMESA inclusive growth study.
