Report of the national workshop on human resources development challenges in Ethiopia

Abstract

The report summarizes the National Workshop on Human Resource Development Challenges in Ethiopia, held in Addis Ababa on November 23-24, 1995. Organized by the Institute of Development Research (IDR) of Addis Ababa University and the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (ECA), the workshop aimed to address Ethiopia's human resource development issues. Key topics included reforming educational curricula, improving employment opportunities, and enhancing gender balance in education.
