African ministral conference on ICPD at 10: final declaration
Abstract
The African ministers responsible for population and development assembled in Dakar Senegal on 11 June 2004 to consider the implementation of Dakar-Ngor Declaration adopted in 1992 and the Programme of Action of International Conference and development held in Cairo in1994 and the key action for the further implementation of the programme of action of the international conference on population and development adopted in 1999.
