Abstract

1973 Sudan Population Census report on Census Cartography presented by Max C. De Henseler Economic Affairs Officer (Cartography) United Nations Economic Commission for Africa African Census program. Mr. De Henseler, highlighted that on his report he summarizes the Census mapping activities for 1973 population Census of the Sudan. At the request of the Sudanese Government and the United Nations Development programme. The work involved during the missions was the supervision and preparation of the compilation of all the cartographic material required for the census. This report gives an account of the whole of the work accomplished during the missions collectively rather than for each individual mission.
