Mission report to Ghana (15-22 March 1978)

Abstract

It had been assumed that the document attached to the report of my last mission to Ghana. in August 1977 constituted a formal presentation of the project document and although instruction was cent by UNFPA through UNDP and by ECA through the Ghana mission in Addis Ababa, these messages do not appear to have reached the officer responsible for making the formal presentation of the document. In any case due to the delayed changes in the Ghana Government component of the budget have taken place and therefore these change have been incorporated in a revised document and was to be submitted to UNFPA shortly.
