Abstract
This report relates to a mission to Freetown (Sierra Leone) from 18 April to 5 May 1988 by the ILO/ECA Regional Adviser in Household Surveys. The objectives of the mission were: To assist in formulating Sierra Leone's household survey program and in particular, to determine whether the first survey in that programme should be a household labour force survey, household budget survey, or a combination of the two; To assist in finalizing the content and methodology for the first survey, including operational aspects, questionnaire design, plan tabulation plan, etc.
