Abstract

The purpose of this report is to analyse and evaluate the results achieved in the implementation of the Decade program with respect to the telecommunications sub-sector.the state of telecommunications before and at the time of the proclamation of the Decade which was mainly characterized by the conception and implementation of the PANAFTEL project.
