Abstract
The seminar will provide an important opportunity for the African Trade Union Community to share experiences, identity current and future challenge and priorities for action and outline practical modality tor coordinating activities, sharing information and networking as related to the concerns of democratization and pluralism. The seminar is organized within the context of UNECA initiative to promote popular participation in development and the transition to democracy.
