Abstract
Central Purchasing Authority (as and when set up) under the overall control of the ministry of national Supplies is a public body and as such it must be seen to follow certain regular policy, guide lines, methods and systems in the field of procurement and supplies which must constitute a good portion of the Government grants and revenues allocated to various epartments/ministries.
