The mission report gives an account of activates which took place during a mission on development of a project proposal on the computerization of ECOWAS secretariat in Nigeria. The report summarizes criteria used by the regional adviser and ECOWAS officials in selecting ECOWAS departments/divisions to be included in the computerization project. Only those divisions to be included related directly to regional integration programme of ECOWAS are considered for funding in the project. The report also gives a list of outputs and activities to be computerized at ECOWAS. finally it recommends configuration and hardware/software to be acquired for ECOWAS at the cost of US$120,000.
