This 1984 progress report details efforts to establish the Eastern and Southern Africa Trade Promotion Training Center in Nairobi, originally a project of the East African Community. Following approval by the Lusaka MULPOC Council of Ministers, a feasibility study was conducted, and a consultative meeting in 1983 finalized key documents, including the Center's objectives, budget, and draft agreement.
