Abstract
The meeting was the result of a request to SRO-EA, from the EAC secretariat and the Rwanda Central Bank, to look into the capacity needs for the central banks, in the lead up to East African Monetary Union by 2012 called for by the EAC Heads of State and Government during a recent summit.
