Résumé
The Forum on “interconnections and electricity access for sustainable development in Africa” which was organized last week in Addis Ababa, by the Economic Commission for Africa (ECA) and the United Nations Department for Economic and Social Affairs (UNDESA), adopted a set of recommendations on how to expand electricity transmission lines and gas pipelines between African countries in Addis Ababa 8/9/08 ECA.
