Proposals for programme budget 1986-1987

Abstract

Also efforts have been made to re-examine ECA programme priorities in order to give emphasis on the implementation of the decisions by its policy making organs and outcome of successful inter-governmental negotiations. The decisions of the above bodies called upon ECA to give increased services to its member States in sectors concerning Food and Agriculture, Industrial Development, Water Development,Women and Development. These requirements have been,essentially reflected in the proposed budget.
