Abstract
This program now submitted is therefore in accord with the guidelines issuing from the third Conference of Ministers of Transport,Communications and Planning.Its presentation also follows the broad recommendations of the Paris Round table (21 to 24 June 1983) organized by ECA in association with the Government of France to refine the land transport component of the over-all second phase program.
