Statement Presented by Prof Wiseman L Nkuhlu Chairman: NEPAD Steering Committee at the ECA Conference of Ministers of Finance, Planning and Economic Development Johannesburg, South Africa. Prof. Wiseman, highlighted on his remarks that, NEPAD is a new vision for the socio-economic renewal of the African continent. It is a programme of the African Union that complements its political unity and integration objectives.
