Abstract
Talking points for Mr. Callisto Madavo vice president, Africa region, the world bank African perspectives on NEPAD ECA thirty-fifth session of the conference of African minister of finance, planning and economic development. The World Bank has been supportive in accompanying this process. The World Bank have maintained a close relationship with the Secretariat of the initiative and have been contributing to the technical work where requested. However, at this event the vice president speaks from his personal perspective as an African, and shares some of his thoughts with the conference on this initiative.
