Abstract
Opening Statement by K.Y. Amoako Executive Secretary at the Twenty-third meeting of the Committee of Experts of the Conference of African Ministers of Finance, Planning and Economic Development. Mr. Amoako, on his remarks highlighted that, Over the past five years, the various meetings of Ministers of Finance, Planning and Economic Development have covered major development challenges affecting our continent.
