This opening remarks delivered by Paul Harris, Chairman, Rand Merchant Bank at the African Capital Markets Development Workshop. Mr. Harris on his remarks outlined that, Africa is becoming organized in a big way. However, the African renaissance which Thabo Mbeki and other African leaders talk about can't happen without a good, soft infrastructure for Africa.
