Abstract
African Ministers of Transport and Communications have established several working groups to prepare the UNTACDA II work programme and to assist member States in its implementation and evaluation. The Group meets frequently to take stock of activities conducted and adopt its programme of work. The last such meeting was held during November 1996 in Nairobi, Kenya.
