The need for a Manual on Perspectives and New Approaches for the Training of Teacher Trainers for Peace and National Reconciliation stems from the occurrence of large scale conflicts on the African Continent. These have unleashed destructive forces that have continued to undermine the economic, political, social, cultural, religious and educational advancement of the region. They have equally violated with impunity, all international and humanitarian Rights.
