Abstract
This statement is delivered by the representative of ECA at the orientation programme for ARCC members. The representative on his remarks highlighted that; the orientation programme is informal. He stressed the word informal because its purpose is to devote a day of reflection, a day of self analysis to programming for women at national and regional level. The aim is to exchange views and experiences that they have gained in carrying out responsibilities. The focus of this orientation programme will be the mobilization of resources.
