Résumé
This paper discusses the demand for, and supply of, trade assistance for international trade negotiations and agreements support from the perspective of African countries. Section covers issues related to trade negotiations and agreements which have become permanent feature of the international trading system and have increased in complexities. African countries are parties to many of these trade negotiations and agreements with the expectation of achieving tangible development gains. Demands in this regard have been continually expressed and emphasized by African countries jointly and individually.
