An inherent feature of participation in the activities of world organization and agencies is to opportunity to subscribe to their various international codes of procedure.one of these which has found particularly widespread acceptance in African is the well-know international framework for customs tariffs know as the Brussels nomenclature contrived and sponsored by the custom co-operation council in Brussels this nomenclature has been an important standardizing factor in the construction of tariffs throughout the world and is now in use by 84 countries and in the process of being adopted by a further 20 countries.
