The Foreign Trade Newsletter is prepared "by the Trade Unit in the Research Division of the Economic Commission for Africa. It is envisaged that this Newsletter should be' a regular feature of the publications issued by the Commission, giving information on foreign trade policy including tariffs and quotas, trade agreements, marketing of produce, trade promotion, etc. Most of the information published is taken from newspapers periodicals.
