Focus on African industry : Volume II No. 2

Abstract

This issue of focus on African Industry therefore reviews some of the critical industrial issue in Africa. In view of many difficulties on the way to a self-reliant and self -sustained national development African countries should look into development in term of subregional and regional of their industrial cooperation and integration of their economies within the framework of subregional economic development grouping. In this regard a review is made of the Economic Community of West Africa with a view to high lighting the need for such co-operation.
