Abstract

This Introductory remarks delivered by Mr. Doo Kingue on Technical Co-operation among Developing Countries Intergovernmental regional meetings. Mr. Kingue, on his remarks highlighted that Owing to the needs of the developing countries whose number bas steadily increased within the international community, technical assistance programmes both within the United Nations and in the so-called developed countries have been strengthened.
