This index serves as a valuable resource for member states, highlighting the extensive documentation generated by the ECA, which includes newsletters, manuals, technical reports, and bibliographies. Despite the wealth of information available, there remains a significant gap in awareness and utilization among member states, prompting the ECA to organize annual exhibitions to promote these resources. The foreword emphasizes the importance of staying informed as the region faces new challenges, while the preface outlines the ongoing commitment of the ECA to enhance its role as a think-tank for Africa. The document also includes a list of abbreviations for ECA divisions and offices, as well as a comprehensive selection of publications categorized by themes such as capacity building, economic cooperation, and human resources development.
