Summary record of proceedings (Saturday, September 12, 1964)

Abstract

The conference lay in a resolution adopted at the sixth session of ECA which required the executive secretary to convene a first meeting of the African monetary authorities in 1964 and to submit to them certain studies relating to African monetary cooperation. The secretariat regretted that some delegations appeared not to have received all the documents in time but these had been dispatched in good time from Addis Ababa so that it appeared they had been delayed in transmission.
