This draft resolution 147(VII) adopted by the Commission at its 126th plenary meeting on 22 February 1965 considering that the sub-regional approach is only the first step towards the realization of a fully integrated transport system for the continent and the recognizing that the installation of an adequate transport network is essential for the implementation of the proposed programmes of integrated development of Africa.
