Abstract
Establishment of an African Institute for Economic Development and Planning draft resolution. The Economic Commission for Africa having noted in this draft resolution with satisfaction document on the establishment of an African Institute for Economic Development and Planning and considering that the establishment of an African Institute for Economic Development and Planning should make possible the simultaneous training of the medium and higher established staff indispensable for the rapid economic development of the African States.
