Abstract
This paper focuses on Report of the fourth meeting of the Intergovernmental Committee of Experts of the Gisenyi-based MULPOC. The main objective of the meeting was to consider activities accomplished by the MULPOC in the implementation of its 1996 work programme for the East African subregion, as adopted by the United Nations General Assembly during its 50th session.
