Abstract
This workshop was an Important sequel to the Senior Policy Workshop held in Accra in December 1991 devoted to the theme of "Mobilization and Management of Financial Resources In African Universities" which was organized by ECA within the framework of SAPAM In collaboration with AAU. The workshop helped to highlight the magnitude and seriousness of the financial crisis facing African universities.
