Performance review of Science and Technology policy institutions in Madagascar,Malawi,Senegal,Sierra leone,Zimbabwe and Gambia

Abstract

This report puts together six studies carried out in 1990-1991 on the past and present performance of the institutions responsible for science and technology policy in Gambia,Madagascar,Malawi,Senegal, Sierra Leone, Zimbabwe.It is a continuation of an earlier study conducted by the Economic Commission for Africa, in collaboration with the Canadian International Research Center,covering science and technology policy institutions in Ghana, Guinea, Kenya, Nigeria and Tanzania.
