Resolution 35(111) adopted by the Commission at its 53rd plenary meeting on 17 February 1961. Having considered document E/CN.14/94 "Concerted Action on transportation in the African region", and emphasizing the need for inter-African transportation systems as a prerequisite for the promotion of inter-African trade and industry.
