Agricultural economics bulletin for Africa: No. 1

Abstract

This is the first issue of the EOA/FAO Agricultural Economics Bulletin for Africa which will appear at intervals during the year. The object of the Bulletin is to spread the experiences of African countries in the field of agricultural development, as widely &S possible, throughout the continent. There is much valuable information in the region which is all too often restricted within the boundaries of one country. Very frequently successes in fields of agricultural development are unknown in neighbouring countries where attempts are being made to solve similar problems.
