The brief conversation which took place a few months ago reflects some aspects of women getting to decision making position in professions including media in Africa one can detect a lack of ambition in both women ,Magda and Victoria in the fact that appointments to higher positions are not necessarily based on merit but more on the aggression of the applicant and on who knows who.
