Abstract
The paper explains the challenge of African development in the 1990's which was prepared by ECA-multidisciplinary regional advisory group (ECA-MRAG).The main objective in establishing this Group is to ensure that Africa's socio-economic development challenges are confronted from a multidisciplinary perspective.
