Abstract

African Training and Research Centre for Women(ATRCW) of United Nation Commission for Africa (UNECA) among all its other activities, is required: to organize, convene and service the Fourth Regional Conference on the "Integration of Women in Development on the Implementation of the Arusha " Strategies for the Advancement of Women; to implement pilot projects on "Increasing Women's access to credit through training women in management and credit techniques". This is in line with 1988- 1989 work programme element N° 3.2 improving skills and opportunities of women.
