ECA technical Cooperation report 2011

Abstract

This report captures the key results and achievements of the ECA Technical Cooperation Trust Fund (TF) activities in 2011. The report is organized into four sections. The first section provides an overview of the status of programme implementation during the reporting year. It highlights the achievements and results recorded within the eight thematic areas of the ECA work programme. section two outlines the various efforts and initiatives undertaken to consolidate and strengthen the partnership and TF management processes while section three provides the financial overview of extra budgetary (XB) resources in terms of contributions received from donor partners the funding distribution by thematic areas and the expenditure analysis for 2011.
