Abstract
At its 24th session held from 6 to 8 May 1999 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, the ECA Conference of Ministers responsible for Economic and Social Development Planning and Ministers of Finance accepted the invitation of the Government of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria (hereinafter referred to as "the Government") to hold the 25th session (hereinafter referred to as "Conference")
