Mission report : workshop on integrating gender into development cooperation, university of Baleares, Spain: 2-4 November 2005

Abstract

The training workshop used the participatory approach throughout participant worked both in plenary and group session the group sessions addressed a task that was broken down in to a series of related questions that they attempted to answer .discussions around the questions allowed them to gain better understanding of gender issues in the context of development cooperation work each group was facilitate by a chairperson while a rapporteur recorder the group out and presented it back to the plenary.
