Résumé
The operational activity for which ECA' s technical support were sought and rendered originated from the requests of the respective Universities Teaching Learning Improvement Committees. Consecutively organized by the Universities of Dar-es-Salaam and Sokoine University of Agriculture the missions itinerant servicing and technical support activities were made possible through funding arrangement with DSE and were rendered 1n collaboration With the British council (Mrs. Rita Johnson), the Funding Agency (Dr Rolf Schoolmaster), and the respective universities staff. The mission lasted from 21 May through 4 June 1988.
