dc.description.abstract | United Nations Economic Commission for Africa prepared this short comparative study in order to examine some aspects of the proposed expansion of the Ethiopian Cement industry. Two capacities, i.e. 200 and 500 thousand tons are compared, both with the possibility of reaching an output of 15 percent above the considered capacity. In conclusion, it is recommended for the near future to construct, according to the recommendation in the De Leuw Cather report, one 200,00 tons cement factory preferably in New Mugher. | en |
