Abstract

The process of developing the training guide: the training guide will be Developing in several phases. The first phase, which has just been completed focused on developing the framework of the guide. During this process, the regional advisor developed the guidelines that were used in developing the framework, and facilitated the process. Seven gender specialists participated in the first exercise which was carried out in a workshop mode. The second phase of the process will focus on developing the major components of the module.
