Implementation of the Yamoossoukro declaration assessment. lessons and proposed amendments for the establishment of an appropriate legal framework

Abstract

This document contains the background, a brief summary, the lessons learnt and the proposed amendments to the Yamoussoukro declaration on a new african air transport policy. It contains the recommendations and proposals of the working group on the adoption of a legal framework on the gradual market liberalization in African air transport. This is the first in a series of proposals aimed at the attainment of the objectives of the said declaration.
