The economic and political destabilization of African countries in the post-independence aera is a subject of grave concern. Such destabilization has resulted largely form the developed nation policies in Africa. For the purposes of this brief note, however discussion focusses on South Africa. The policy of destabilization in the southern Africa (front line) states by the republic of south African constitutes one of the biggest challenges in post-independent African.in examining this issue it is essential to stress that the destabilization policy is in itself not a new one but has been operational for many years.
